In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless context requires otherwise:
2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or use the Services in any capacity. By registering, you confirm and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. rtp99 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Any Account found to have been registered by a person under 21 years of age will be suspended immediately and all funds will be subject to review.
2.2 Residency. The rtp99 platform is operated and directed toward adult players who access the Services at their own initiative. You are responsible for determining whether access to and use of the rtp99 platform is lawful in your jurisdiction of residence. By registering an Account, you confirm that you are accessing the platform on your own voluntary initiative.
2.3 Single Account Policy. Each User is permitted to hold exactly one (1) rtp99 Account. Opening, operating, or accessing more than one Account — whether under your own name, a third-party name, or any alias — is strictly prohibited. Duplicate Accounts will be closed and associated funds may be forfeited.
2.4 Employees and Affiliates. Employees, contractors, consultants, directors, and immediate family members of rtp99 and its affiliated operators are not permitted to register player Accounts or participate in real-money wagering on the Platform.
3.1 Registration Process. To access Real Money Services, you must complete the rtp99 registration process in full, providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested. You must register using your real name, a valid email address, and accurate personal information that matches your government-issued identification documents.
3.2 Accuracy of Information. You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration and at any point during your use of the platform remains accurate and up to date. If your contact details, bank account information, or other registered data changes, you must update your Account profile without delay. rtp99 will not be held liable for any consequences arising from inaccurate or outdated information held on your Account.
3.3 Account Approval. rtp99 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. Account registration does not constitute a contractual obligation on the part of rtp99 to provide Services to any specific individual.
3.4 Username and Password. Upon registration, you will select a username and password. Your login credentials are personal and confidential. You must not share your password with any third party or allow any other person to access your Account. You are fully responsible for all activity conducted through your Account, whether or not authorised by you.
4.1 User Responsibility. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your rtp99 Account credentials. rtp99 will not be liable for any unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
4.2 Suspicious Activity. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, or if you believe your password has been compromised, you must contact rtp99 Support immediately via live chat at [email protected]. rtp99 will take appropriate action, which may include temporarily suspending your Account pending investigation.
4.3 Device Security. You are responsible for ensuring that the devices from which you access rtp99 are free from malware, keyloggers, and other malicious software. rtp99 recommends that players access the platform exclusively from private, trusted devices and networks, and that they log out after every session.
5.1 Verification Requirement. rtp99 is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals and may request verification at any stage of account activity. Verification is conducted in accordance with internationally recognised anti-money-laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) standards.
5.2 Documents Required. rtp99 may request any or all of the following documents to complete KYC verification:
5.3 Verification Timeline. rtp99 aims to complete KYC verification within 24–48 hours of receiving all required documents. Withdrawals will be held pending completion of verification. rtp99 will not be liable for any delay in withdrawals resulting from incomplete or inaccurate documentation submitted by the User.
5.4 Refusal and Account Closure. If a User refuses to provide requested KYC documentation, or if documents submitted are found to be fraudulent, forged, or inconsistent, rtp99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close the Account and withhold any pending withdrawals pending further investigation.
6.1 Accepted Payment Methods. rtp99 accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment channels: bank transfers to BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), and Bank Permata; and e-wallet transfers via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in the same name as the rtp99 Account. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
6.2 Currency. All deposits must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). rtp99 does not accept deposits in any other currency. No currency conversion is applied by rtp99; the amount deposited is the amount credited to your rtp99 balance.
6.3 Minimum and Maximum Deposits. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts may be set per payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction. rtp99 reserves the right to modify deposit limits at its sole discretion with notice published on the platform.
6.4 Processing Times. Deposits via Indonesian e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are typically credited to your rtp99 balance within seconds. Bank transfers may take between 1–15 minutes depending on the originating bank and time of transfer. rtp99 is not responsible for delays caused by the User's bank or e-wallet provider.
6.5 Failed Deposits. In the event that a deposit is debited from your payment account but not credited to your rtp99 balance, you must contact rtp99 Support and provide transaction reference details. rtp99 will investigate and, where the deposit is confirmed, credit the amount to your balance within 24 hours.
7.1 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawals may only be requested by Users whose Accounts have been fully verified in accordance with Section 5 (KYC). Withdrawals will only be processed to payment accounts registered in the same name as the rtp99 Account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
7.2 Withdrawal Methods. Withdrawals are processed via the same payment channels available for deposits: Indonesian bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI, Bank Permata) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja).
7.3 Processing Times. rtp99 targets the following withdrawal processing times:
These are target processing times and not guaranteed SLAs. Delays may occur during periods of high volume, system maintenance, or where additional verification is required. rtp99 will not be liable for delays attributable to the User's bank or e-wallet provider.
7.4 Bonus Wagering. Withdrawals are subject to the completion of any applicable Wagering Requirements associated with Bonus Funds credited to your Account. Real Money Funds that have never been associated with a bonus are not subject to wagering requirements.
7.5 Withdrawal Limits. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the withdrawal section of your Account dashboard. rtp99 reserves the right to adjust withdrawal limits at its discretion.
7.6 Right to Review. rtp99 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal request for up to 72 hours while conducting fraud, AML, or KYC reviews. If a review is initiated, rtp99 will notify the User by email or live chat. Where a review results in no adverse finding, the withdrawal will be processed without deduction.
8.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload promotions, and other promotional incentives offered by rtp99 are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between the general terms in this Section 8 and the terms of a specific promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
8.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise specified, Bonus Funds must be wagered through qualifying games a minimum number of times (the Wagering Requirement) before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering Requirements and qualifying games are stated in each promotion's individual terms.
8.3 Bonus Eligibility. Each promotion is available once per player, per household, per IP address, per device, and per payment method unless the promotion's specific terms state otherwise. rtp99 reserves the right to determine bonus eligibility at its sole discretion.
8.4 Bonus Abuse. rtp99 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple Accounts to claim bonuses more than once; using low-risk or hedging betting strategies to meet Wagering Requirements without genuine gameplay risk; coordinating with other players to exploit promotional structures; and using automated software or bots to participate in promotions. Any User found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have their Bonus Funds forfeited, winnings derived from those funds cancelled, and their Account may be permanently closed.
8.5 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions. rtp99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a User has already opted in and commenced wagering, the User's progress toward any Wagering Requirement will be honoured on a pro-rata basis or as otherwise determined fair by rtp99.
9.1 Sportsbook Bets. All sportsbook wagers placed on rtp99 are governed by the specific rules applicable to the sport, competition, and market in question. These rules are published in the Sportsbook Rules section of the platform and form part of these Terms & Conditions by reference. Key principles include:
9.2 Casino and Slot Games. All casino games, including live dealer games and slot gacor (high-RTP slot) titles, are governed by the individual game rules provided within the game interface. All games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology and are subject to independent auditing. Published RTP (Return to Player) figures represent long-run theoretical averages and do not guarantee results in any individual session.
9.3 Manifest Errors. rtp99 reserves the right to void any bet or cancel any game round that was offered, accepted, or paid out as the result of a manifest error — including but not limited to pricing errors, technical malfunctions, or data feed failures — regardless of whether the error was apparent at the time of wagering. In such cases, the User's stake will be returned in full.
9.4 Maximum Winnings. rtp99 may apply maximum payout limits per event, per market, or per game session. These limits are disclosed in the individual game or market rules and may be updated at rtp99's discretion.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the rtp99 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension or closure, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:
11.1 Ownership. All content on the rtp99 platform — including but not limited to software, source code, design, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, game assets, and audio-visual elements — is the exclusive property of rtp99 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
11.2 Limited Licence. rtp99 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not extend to reproducing, copying, distributing, modifying, publishing, or otherwise exploiting any content from the rtp99 platform without rtp99's prior written consent.
11.3 Game Content. All game content provided through the rtp99 platform, including games by Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft, remains the intellectual property of the respective game studios and is licensed to rtp99 for distribution on the platform.
12.1 No Guarantee of Availability. rtp99 provides its Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While rtp99 strives to maintain continuous, uninterrupted service, it does not warrant that the platform will be free from downtime, technical errors, or data loss at all times. Planned maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where reasonably practicable.
12.2 Exclusion of Indirect Losses. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, rtp99 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, regardless of the basis of the claim.
12.3 Maximum Liability Cap. In any event, rtp99's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Funds held in your rtp99 Account at the time the relevant claim arises.
12.4 Force Majeure. rtp99 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations under these Terms & Conditions arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, internet infrastructure failures, or acts of third parties.
12.5 User Responsibility. You acknowledge that participation in online sports betting and casino games carries inherent financial risk. You take full responsibility for any funds wagered on the rtp99 platform and acknowledge that losses are a possible outcome of all gaming activity.
13.1 Voluntary Closure. You may request the closure of your rtp99 Account at any time by contacting rtp99 Support. Upon closure, any Real Money Funds remaining in your Account balance will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of any applicable KYC verification and provided no outstanding Wagering Requirements remain on Bonus Funds.
13.2 rtp99-Initiated Suspension. rtp99 reserves the right to suspend or restrict your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it reasonably suspects or determines that you have breached these Terms & Conditions, are engaging in fraudulent or prohibited conduct, or if the suspension is required for security, legal, or regulatory reasons.
13.3 rtp99-Initiated Closure. rtp99 reserves the right to permanently close your Account and forfeit associated funds if it determines that you have engaged in fraud, bonus abuse, money laundering, provision of false identity information, or any other conduct constituting a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.
13.4 Responsible Gaming Self-Exclusion. If you close your Account as a result of a self-exclusion request made through rtp99's Responsible Gaming tools, your Account will be suspended for the duration you have selected and you will be prevented from registering a new Account during that period. 14.1 Right to Amend. rtp99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically.
14.2 Notification. Where rtp99 makes a material change to these Terms & Conditions, it will provide notice via a prominently displayed notice on the platform or by email to your registered address, where reasonably practicable, prior to the change taking effect.
14.3 Continued Use. Your continued use of the rtp99 platform following publication of updated Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease using the platform and may request Account closure as described in Section 13.1.
15.1 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which rtp99 operates its international gaming licence. rtp99 operates as an internationally licensed and regulated gaming platform.
15.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute between you and rtp99 arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform or these Terms & Conditions, you agree to first contact rtp99 Support in good faith to seek an informal resolution. rtp99 will endeavour to respond to and resolve all disputes within 10 business days of receipt of a written complaint submitted to [email protected].
15.3 Escalation. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 calendar days of your initial written complaint, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration under the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration body as determined by rtp99 in accordance with its licensing obligations. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English.
15.4 No Class Actions. All disputes shall be resolved on an individual basis. You waive any right to bring or participate in any class action, collective action, or representative proceeding against rtp99.
